Michaelmas

On September 29 we celebrated Michaelmas.  Long story short- we celebrated courage and the prevailing of good over evil.  Jami did a puppet show about a dragon who ate all of the garden vegetables and the brave knight who tamed him. The dragon made up for  eating all their vegetables by blowing fire for the baker to bake bread.  We ate some bread in the shape of a dragon, then the kids colored shields and played knights and princesses. It will be a few more years until we talk about dragon slaying.
