I am just thrilled at how this has worked out. There have been several times that we have looked into putting Finley into a "program" of one type or another. For one reason or another, we just haven't until now. And now we have the perfect situation. I am going to need some bonding time with baby and Finley could use some truly enriching play time. Lisa Grubbs is a certified Waldorf teacher and has a magical ambiance in the home she has set up for her home school. She has just moved form McKinney- where she was full- to Dallas, where she just has 2 other little boys. I am trying to recruit people to go there, but for now, it's perfect because Finley will get special time with Lisa and will be able to bond with her better than if she had a full load! We are starting out at one day a week for the first month, then two days a week after that.
Here are some pics of her back yard, where they spend the majority of the day- rain or shine, hot or cold!
Here is Finley spraying her herb garden.

This is in the gazebo, sometimes they do crafty stuff here.

A little zen area!
Little pond!
So on top of the Waldorf inspired environment, she feeds them wholesome, homemade, mostly organic food. What more could a super crunchy mom ask for?
